Refunds & Returns

Refund Policy

We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The product is still sealed and in original HT packaging
  • The product has not been used or worn
  • The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival
  • The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)

Please note that personalised goalkeeper gloves are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described. As each pair is customised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

If there is a fault with your personalised gloves, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with details and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following terms and conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this
  • Products must be returned in original condition & packaging
  • Customers must cover return postage - we cannot cover this cost, we suggest you send gloves back via a trackable delivery service.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

  • Cost of Shipping/Delivery
  • Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed (including damage to the latex upon removing the plastic)
  • Products returned after 30 days since purchase
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can and will experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more. `For more information, view our Glove Care Guide.

Returns Information

Please ensure you fill out the returns form that accompanied your order and include it with your return.

We recommend using a tracked service when making a return. Refunds or exchanges cannot be actioned in the event of non-receipt at our returns address, as stated below:
