• Gloves must be returned in brand new condition.
• The protective film must still be attached to the palm.
• All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
• Personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Please do not return your order until your return request has been submitted through the Returns Portal.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for an exchange.
• We will send your replacement item free of charge once your return has been received and inspected.

If your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please select the relevant reason in the Returns Portal and upload clear photos where requested. Once reviewed, we’ll provide further instructions, including a prepaid return label where applicable.

We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

• The product is still sealed and in original HT packaging
• The product has not been used or worn
• The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival
• The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.) 

We accept returns under the following terms and conditions:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this
• Products must be returned in original condition & packaging
• Customers must cover return postage - we cannot cover this cost, we suggest you send gloves back via a trackable delivery service.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

• Cost of Shipping/Delivery
• Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed (including damage to the latex upon removing the plastic) unless there is an issue with the gloves.
• Products returned after 30 days since purchase
• Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can and will experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more. `For more information, view our Glove Care Guide.

Please ensure you fill out the returns form that accompanied your order and include it with your return.

We recommend using a tracked service when making a return. Refunds or exchanges cannot be actioned in the event of non-receipt at our returns address, as stated below:
